Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Sometimes my kids eat all the bananas and want more other times they eat a banana, as in one banana, then leave the other 8 to slowly turn brown. When those bananas get nice and ripe and you want to toss them before the fruit flies attack, don’t. Remove the peel and mash the banana’s into a bowl with some cinnamon and sugar then freeze it until you want to bake.

That is how I ended up with lots of frozen mashed bananas and stumbled upon a recipe for Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies by Dani Spies’ website “Clean & Delicious with Dani Spies.”

There are three, yes three ingredients; bananas, oatmeal and chocolate chips. Basically you mix it all up and pop it in the oven until it’s just right; of course Ms. Spies explains this with eloquence.

My opinion on these:

Just kidding… there are no cons it’s damn good.

This is not a paid post or a promotional sponsorship. This is an honest writeup opinion of how this recipe turned out for me. I have advised Ms. Spies of this post and wish that she contact me should she wish this post or any contents be removed.
