Looking at this I am honestly a tad scared, but also a bit intrigued. The Boxing Reflex Ball on String with Headband is simply that; a headband with boxing gloves to improve your reflexes and definitely give you a workout.

There are three levels; beginner, intermediate, and advanced. No need for a gym either, just strap it on and use it at home (very appealing right now). If you do try it let me know!
