We still had zucchini so I made a trusted recipe that I can’t claim for myself, but it includes fresh zucchini and my kids love them. I found it at Crème De La Crumb here, Zucchini Bread Muffins. I make muffins and not bread but it’s a winner every time! I also add 1 cup of chocolate chips because I can. 🍪😍
